I was a new patient of Bill Ligon on July 17, 2014. That was the first time that I ever was at the office. I had a checkup. They said I needed to have two teeth filled. The receptionist said she had an opening on Friday the next day. The appointment wasn't going to be with Dr. Ligon. It was going to be with his associate. She started to make me an appointment on Friday. I told her I definitely wanted to see Dr. Ligon. She started to change my appointment to Thursday, July 24th with Dr. Ligon and than she said she didn't have an opening. The phone was ringing when she was started to make me an appointment on July 24th. She stopped with the appointment to talk on the telephone. She made my next appointment on Thursday, July 31st. I called Jessica, the receptionist back to make sure I was scheduled with Dr. Ligon. She told me I would have to see whoever was available. I called back Friday and asked to talk to the office manager and she said the office manager wasn't available. I e-mailed Brittany, the office manager on Tuesday and explained what Jessica said. Brittany said she decided in the best interest she was going to terminate me as a patient. That is far out ridiculous. The staff is very unprofessional and uncaring. I got the raw end of the deal as a patient. Dr. Ligon has a web page that list his office staff and web addresses for a person to e-mail them with their concerns. Their behavior is ridiculous. Don't go to Bill Ligon's dentistry.
