We do not recommend Dr. Ashcraft. My daughter's brackets are constantly falling off due to defective adhesive and it is not easy to make an appointment to have them put back on. My daughter missed a lot of school and the office would not work with us. It is difficult to schedule an appointment to re-glue the brackets because they are so busy and they do not do bonding after 3pm. This is terrible when most of their patients are students. When I had to reschedule an advance appointment, the office told me she thought they would not have an opening for two months. I will not go to to Dr. Ashcraft for my younger son.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time.
