I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door, even the day I was early for my appointment. The staff was very knowledgeable and well-informed. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. BJ, the woman who did ALL of the prep work, made me so incredibly comfortable. I went in very, VERY nervous and she did everything to ease my anxiety, including providing music to listen to through headphones!

Dr. Mike and his team are beyond! What an amazing, caring and knowledgeable team he has on board. I ve had some not so good dentist experiences in recent years and my anxiety of starting new with someone in Fairbanks was pretty rough on me, however, I couldn t be happier with my decision. Everyone from Dr. Mike himself, his assistants and the women upfront make my visits every 6 months (or sooner if need be) much easier than I have experienced in the past.
