They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They have one assistant who's fantastic, Soon, ( Asian name ) don't know her last name. She's mine, you can't have her. Between her and Dr Pendergrast, it's the best dental team you could ask for. And one or both of them smells like flowers. I think I could go there and take a nap. :-)

When I got married, my husband insisted I switch dentists and I have to say, seeing Dr. Pendergrast has actually upgraded my expectations of what a dentist should be. The office is lovely, patient areas are filled with light, and outdoor art is just outside your patient station window.The chairs are extremely comfortable. As for staff, every person who has worked on my teeth seems to have been hired based on qualities of compulsive perfectionism and gentleness. I know Dr. Pendergrast's work is the best in town because other professionals in her field don't recognize my four front teeth are veneered. They look great, and natural. And, she really is the dentist for "shy people." Both Dr. Pendergrast and her staff have gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion when I was experiencing extreme anxiety in the chair. I've never had a better, kinder dentist.
