This was my first visit. The receptionist was wonderful. She called my insurance to see if I had a copay and said since I had reached my out of pocket for the year I owed nothing.
Julie came in not too friendly I may add, so what are you here for.
I explained my health and problems I was experiencing.
She had me get on the table and lay down. I closed my eyes and was relaxing.
Next thing I know I feel this sharp prick in my foot. I say owww. She replies oh yeah your a newbie! no warning nothing. Really.
I am left to hang out for half and hour or so. When she comes in to take the needles, I ask so what to do next. She replies either you will notice some difference or not, and leaves. Wow.
I come out to see about setting another appointment Although I don't know why I'm thinking. She responds first by saying you have a $40 copay. I have to explain no I dont'. Apparently you really don't want my business. Again I ask should I set up another appointment. No see how you feel.
I feel like going to another acupuncturist who may have more interest in helping me. Will NEVER go back there or recommend.
Really no need for one star.
