Dr. Junjie Yang currently is a Licensed Acupuncturist in NYS with more than 27 years experiences in clinical practice, teaching, and researching of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine. She was a MD and professor at Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, one of the best medical schools in China. She was a visiting scholar at the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at University Hospital, SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. There she conducted the research project on "Acupuncture and Stroke Rehabilitation" and introduced Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine to the faculty, residents and medical students of SUNY. She was also a visiting scholar at The New York Chiropractic College (NYCC) in Seneca Falls, NY. There, she served as a lead instructor and clinical supervisor to teach and instruct students in the School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine of NYCC (Now called Finger Lakes School of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine of NYCC).
