I had chronic lower back pain for a very long time, probably because I sit the whole day next to a computer and don't exercise (too busy, too lazy). I went to Shellie after one of my co-workers raved about her helping him with cystic acne on his face. Acupuncture seems to be a good solution for various problems, she told me when we met the first time, and she explained in detail how she can treat my condition. She used very thin needles that didn't hurt when inserted and each treatment took less than an hour. A month after I started, or within 4 treatments, the pain was mostly gone. I still go back every few weeks for a "tune up" and still amazed that it works!
