I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. After leaving the appointment, I felt so much better! My pain subsided and I couldn't wait to go back!

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. When I first started acupuncture, I was really concerned that the needles would leave cuts or scars. They were extremely careful and precise and I never had to worry about any cuts or scars. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for me. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They really made an effort to keep me out of pain while ensuring that my treatment was a success.
