Please be advised that Dr. Wu did NOT provide me with any guidance, help or any support. To be honest, I was completely dissatisfied with his service and his approach. The only thing that seemed important was being paid. When I walked into his office and when my appt was being confirmed, etc...the main message was: we take cash. "Remember to bring $170 in cash." I have seen a variety of Eastern and Western practitioners as I am dealing with gastrointestinal issues. I have spent a lot of my hard earned money on doctors and wellness experts and Dr. Wu without a doubt was the biggest shyster I have ever dealt with. I walked into his office, was greeted by his very sweet front desk workers, they gave me a host of forms to fill out then THEY met with me, supposedly because he has poor lEnglish anguage skills. After they interviewed me, Dr. Wu came in put about 20 needles into me, placed a heat lampy above me, never speaking to me by the way, and then told me to lay there for 30 minutes. When the 30 minutes were up, he came back in, took the needles out, turned me around, squeezed my back and said he was done. His 2 translators then came in, without him, told me:

1.) I was nervous - anxious
2.) Stressed out from work
3.) I was sensitive
4.) That I needed to come back and see him 2-3 times per week

He prescribed me some "medicinal tea" and pills.

The cost: $65 for the tea, $39 for the pills.

The tea hasn't worked, the pills are a joke and he is a SHYSTER. STAY AWAY FROM HIM AND DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING YOU READ ABOUT HIM ON YELP. THEY ARE ALL PROBABLY HIS FRIENDS.

I cannot even begin to tell you how dissapointed I was with his treatment and his care.

He was absolutely atrocious.

I don't usually post on boards, or sites like this, but I wanted to make sure no one else wasted their hard earned money on this "professional" who claims to be able to treat various disorders. Dr. Baolin Wu is a complete waste of time and money. A shyster on every level.

I totally agreed with Michael M. Of Los Angeles that he is a pure cheater and an irresponsible liar. On his website, he claims that he his ancestor is Qian Wu, but in many of his seminar presentations he told the audience that his ancestor is Jutong Wu. According to the ancient Chinese history, these two doctors Qian Wu and Jutong Wu do not bare the same blood or family relationship. However, Baolin Wu wrongfully and willfully claims both of them as his great great-grandpas.

Even though he tries to create a possible image for himself as a great great-grand child of the above mentioned two famous doctor Wu, but his behavior and integrity are at sub low level. His employees are frequently treated with mouth full of dirty words and hand fighting. Many his female employees have claimed being sexual harassed by him. During a dinner, when he was mad, he openly threw a glassful of wine to the face of an acupuncturist that attending this party. His low level of behavior and actions can best described him is a “gangster”.

From his web site, he claimed that he graduated from the National Collage of Traditional Chinese Medicine, but I can’t find this institute on Google’s search engine. Later on, I consulted with many Chinese doctors and no one has heard of this above mentioned institution. He never got the Ph.D in Japan as he advertised on his website. He even doesn't know how to read Japanese. Please use your judgment on his claim that he came from a famous institution that nobody knows and nowhere to be found.

If you like to know more about him, if some one know him or worked for him, please send the email to me at rogert90401@gmail.com.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I didn't have to wait in the appointment room long at all. Their treatment rooms were fantastic. They were huge, very spacious, dimly lit, and well ventilated. I've been to other places that had really small treatment rooms and it's easy to get claustrophobic, but not here. They make an extra effort to get to know their clients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I feel like I'm their only client! Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
