I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to make appointments that I didn't think were necessary. I came in as often as I wanted to, and my treatments were fantastic every time. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for me. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. When comparing them to other acupuncturists I have visited, they are among the best I have seen. I was really impressed with my visit. The waiting area is spacious and can always accommodate every client who is waiting for an appointment. I've never felt too cramped in there.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me every service I was originally promised and I've never had to doubt their abilities. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
