I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and modern. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have.

I made the mistake of using another eye care provider who was close to my home and I had problems with the frames getting adjusted properly, the tinting wasn't correct when I first got them, and it took two - three weeks.
