Handicap issues are always a concern. They really thought things through to the point that I was able to negotiate my way to the office very easily. Dr. Dyck was funny and took time to talk to m e. He clearly showed that they had tons of experience and competence. I felt like I was definitely in the right hands. I only had to wait about 5 minutes. This provider is top notch! I've visited others in their field and I rate this one as #1. I have already sent tons of people here. I would recommend them to anyone in need of eye care; they are that good!
They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowd ed waiting room like other places I've been too. I have already sent tons of people here. I would recommend them to anyone in need of eye care; they are that good! One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.
