In and out in two minutes, Dr. Powell was nice but rushed and not accessible. The worse part of this office is the staff. The optician made a big mistake with my prescription and just tried to laugh it off. No apology, no accommodation, just laughed and walked away. We are still shocked that they would do such a terrible thing. But, you better believe, we're letting "everyone" know about it. Our family found a much more professional office that cares. We had been going to Ocotillo Eyecare for several years. We always paid our bills on time and we were always pleasant. These inept people don't deserve to be in business in Arizona.

I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. Easily accessible and parking is never a problem.
