The staff paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their personnel is the friendliest, most welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very impressed with the classes that they offer (yoga, Zumba, pilates among others). The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, and encouraging. This makes my time at the gym so much more enjoyable. They also have great individual trainers for those who would like one on one guidance. I have been going for two months now. I absolutely love it! . The parking can get full, but I have always found a spot. I definitely recommend this fitness center. I've had a good experience so far.

Most real health clubs have a limit of people that can join. I was a member of another club, and there was a 1 year waiting list.
This club has no limit.
If there are 300 people that come in on a Friday after work, then the parking lot and weight room just get overcrowded.
They also TRY to get rid of people by making them mad (just AFTER they pay dues)

I am a lifetime member, and have been threatened, scolded and yelled at.

They initiated a program that all members have to have an ID card.
One day i forgot mine, and i had to spend $5 for another one, even though i am a fully paid lifetime member.
The next time i forgot it, i was told that i would not be let back in next time!!!

I was also told that in the fine print of my contract it states that my contract can be changed at any time !!!
Imagine that, why write one ??

I have tried calling Paramount (parent company) they dont even bother returning the calls.

They also have reduced the size of the mens room by %65
(to make room for another managers office)
and took most of the free weights out, and replaced them
with machines and treadmills.


These people are SCUM, they just want your money...
