Customer service was non-existent. The hairdresser was very apparently having a bad day and didn't even ask where I liked my hair parted. She completely ruined my hair- one side so short I had a bald spot and when I came back to the salon to have her see what she did to me, her response was "it's barley noticeable." My money was not refunded an I would not allow her to "fix" the hair cut, as her and her manager's demeanor was threatening. I'd rather crawl through broken glass than see either one of these people again.
