I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. I felt like they could have been a little more welcoming, though. I wasn't worried about any of their equipment. Everything was safe and well taken care of. I was somewhat ok with my experience with this provider. My problem is with the staff. I trained with them for 5 months and found that my trainer was dishonest and was charging me for sessions that I didn't take. I was unaware since I renewed when the trainer would tell me it was time to renew. After 5 months, I realized that I was 2 sessions short. When I confronted his mistake, he verbally abused me.
