Deep Tissue Massage: relaxation, healing, pain relief~ This massage is designed for more focused work. It is used to address a specific joint, muscle or muscle group. The practitioner starts superficially and eases into the depth of the muscle, slowly in order to access the deeper layers of the soft tissue without damaging the tissue.

When experiencing pain the first thing most people do is to put their hands on it. The living body radiates warmth and energy. This energy is known as CHI. Cupping Therapy:Cupping is an ancient Chinese form of alternative medicine in which local suction is created on the skin. Using glass cups and heat, oxygen is removed from the inside of the cup. The cup is inverted and placed on the affected area and left for 5-15 minutes. The cups may also be moved over the area. Cupping is claimed to treat a broad range of conditions such as anaemia, scar tissue repair, circulatory conditions and help with the common cold, amongst many other benefits. 20-30 minute session $45
