About

Hannah Ashley, LMT

Hi Im Hannah Ashley the massage therapist. I take great pride in the effective massage therapy I am able to provide to so many wonderful people. I began my study of massage at Ashmead College where I graduated with honors. Through their comprehensive 1,050 hour program I gained extensive training in physiology and anatomy. Specializing in clinical massage my first 5 years gave me the opportunity to work on many clients with issues such as whiplash, sciatica, carpal tunnel, tendonitis, fibromyalgia, and chronic fatigue. I have continued my education with several courses addressing neck and shoulder injuries, as many of my clients have been involved in motor vehicle accidents.

In April 2011 I became certified in an upcoming technique hidden away on the island of Kauai called Body Balance for Scoliosis Therapy. Its gentle, direct approach corrects postural imbalance and decreases/ eliminates all types of pain. Other benefits include balanced emotional state, better digestion, and increased immune function. By addressing the myofascial meridians and nervous system long lasting change is achieved.

I love what I do and feel it is a gift I can share with others. My belief that mind/body balance is the key to whole health strongly contributes to my desire to help others in a meaningful way. I strive to encourage this balance in each client by providing massage therapy that not only decreases pain and muscular tension but also results in increased understanding of ones own body, posture, and self care. By providing clinical orthopedic massage and education to my clients and peers I receive the greatest reward in seeing them transform and become balanced and well.

I look forward to a lifes dream of becoming a destination educator and sharing my massage experience with as many therapists and bodies as possible, and to continue learning my way around the world.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Hannah is a true healer in the art of body massage and I would recommend her highly.

Hannah has helped me so much since my accident. I look forward to my weekly massages! She is very professional, always on time and a very happy and upbeat person. She takes special care in working on the areas that are the tightest trying to make sure I leave felting better and more relaxed. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who does hot stones and in need for a deep massage.
