I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

I bought a Groupon for this spa and it was the worst idea ever. Their customer service is clearly nonexistent. They never answer their phone and ask you leave a message, which they never return. My Groupon expires in a week...you'd think in a 3 month window that one could get an appointment, but that's impossible.

Bought a groupon and tried to book a couples massage. A made at least 5 attempts to book. Every time I was told they were busy and would call back to schedule. They never called me back. I ended up canceling the groupon. Seems they don't have their act together at all. Definitely not the experience I want from a spa.
