your front desk girl of course the younger one I presume was a complete imbecile!!! She shouldn't be even working up front-she absolutely didn't know HOW to do ANYTHING on her own. In all my years of business I've NEVER seen anyone soooo stupid!?! Nor only was it hard to make an appt. yesterday because she put me on hold and then the phone disconnected, I had to call back to make the appt. for today @4p.m. Then when I got there she didn't know how to put the coupon in had to cancel the original charge, then do it all over again. After at least a 20 minute wait she then tells me that nobody could locate my old records so I needed to fill out an update. This is all a bunch of crap!!! First of all just because she said you guys updated you computer systems and couldn't find me that's not my problem. That basically told me that I would have to fill out and answser a LOT of questions. I have had carpel tunnel surgery on both my wrists and they have been paining me lately so I told her I could take it home and fill it out. She needed it now. Instead of a comeback and stating that would result in cancelling today's appt. which would have been fine with me - she wanted me to do it there. Your business is being run with people with totally NO COMMEN SENSE. sHTAT GIRL DIDN'T EVEN KNOW ANYTHING OTHER THAT TO KEEP APOLOGIZING FOR HER SLOWNESS. Slowness is okay- I have been there-but in my business experience it's okay to let someone know that you're new and don't really know what your'e doing instead on continuing to say that the business has updated everything. I guess your business doesn't do continuing ed. for the girsl that only know the basics of the keyboatd. This girl got me so upset that I was raising my voice in the lobby for which I apologize. I really needed that massage today but I don't think I will ever come back

The are very efficient - wonderful atmosphere Excellent service. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
