Most people probably don’t think about the chairs in the waiting room area, but I have to say that they really have great chairs to sit in. They were soft and extremely comfortable, which helped me relax immediately before my massage began.
They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I appreciated that they personalized my massage, instead of just giving me a basic, generic massage.
