I was early for my first appointment, and LuAnne greeted me, gave me paperwork to fill out and said she would be with me soon. I knew I was early, no worries. LuAnne was not seeing a client: she had personal business with 2 others and 1 on speaker phone. The 2 men left, she came to get me and said, "Sorry you had to wait". Exact words! That was at 10 after. Very bad impression for a first visit. She said that I looked upset. I said, "Yes, the last 2 days have been difficult and you made me wait. I see patients as well, and I don't make them wait." So, I said that I was not going to stay and got up and left. Not a word was said. The 2 men were sitting in the reception area of the building, and I commented as I passed them, "Rude!" Very poor first and only impression. I will not be rescheduling with her.
