I heard Ellen Karlin speak at the Indiana state dietetic conference in 2011. Ellen is well known as national speaker yet makes time for state meetings too. Ellen is well known by dietitians as an excellent source for food allergy knowledge. She has a passion for food allergies as a result of her son having food allergies. She understands how difficult it can be for the mother of an allergic child. I would recommend her services to everyone who wants to understand food allergies better.
