The billing department doesn't know what the heck is going on. Be prepared to pay more than what you are told when you walk in even after they verified with your insurance. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. My pain was not lessened after my visit. I felt no difference at all and was still in pain when I left.
