I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions. If you want someone to make you feel at home, this is the place! They are so friendly and welcoming. They often have a promotion or a seasonal special going on.
