I am wary of going to a chiropractor I've never been to before.I felt at ease immediately going there,. It also helped that he got high recommendations from Next Door and some from Yelp.I just wanted to say how great my experience is and recommend the Chiropractor Dr.Giles Tarquin, El Cerrito health and Rehab,that I have been going to for over a month or so.I got his name from a list from Kaiser but whether Kaiser is sending you to him,or if you just need and want a chiropractor or a physical therapist,I highly recommend him.So far he doesn't do intense manipulation,that's not what I wanted or needed at this time,although all the other chiropractors I've gone to in the past have. At the time,I wanted that or thought I did..He is a Physical therapist besides being a Chiropractor.He is excellent and knows what he is doing.He is very gentle,thorough,patient,intuitive and pays attention to your body and your words.He is helping me a lot with my physical problems.He is very nice and personable.
