They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. I've been to some chiropractors that had really cold hands which made my adjustments very uncomfortable, but this one didn't. I was very relieved.
