I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and the fact that my wife went into the labor on the day my appt fell on but instead they tell me WE CANT TREAT YOU because you missed your appointment and I'm paying them and did not understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.
