They went above and beyond what they told me they could do for me. I never expected them to be able to help me as much as they did. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.

Dr, Dragonette answered my early morning call personally and saw me within hours. His approach was a gentle and progressive treatment supplemented with exercise. My lower back was in great pain due to a pinched nerve, instead of abrupt aligning, his treatment worked wonderfully. Thanks you Dr.
