This business is a scam and has been renamed to the Midtown Wellness Center or First Choice. They changed their name due to legal complications associated with their overcharging and practice of giving unnecessary treatment. They will call you if you are involved in a vehicular accident after they find your name in police reports. DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. They require you to get an attorney after your initial treatment and then refuse to adjust their exorbitant bill so that you and the attorney will have a near impossible time settling a case. They have a terrible reputation with insurance companies and your settlement will suffer.
