They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
