I recently moved to the Leland area and was looking for a professional and trustworthy chiropractor to help alleviate my pain. I thought I would try this office out, despite hearing mixed reviews....BIG MISTAKE! I walked in and both women at the front desk were extremely rude and unprofessional. I proceeded to ask about their services and prices while the office manager ran my insurance card. While I am patiently waiting the "office manager" is on the phone with my insurance company trying to verify my copay and is on hold for approximately 10 minutes. Then proceeds to get impatient and slams the phone down hanging up on the insurance company. She then quotes me an "off the wall" price because she didn't want to deal with my insurance company. I was absolutely appalled at the way I was treated and I would not recommend them at all. It was apparent to me that all they care about is the money and not their patients.

Do yourself and your friends a favor and don't be victims of this "slam bam" form of chiropractic!
