They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The office was easy enough to find. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
