Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. One thing I love about Neal Vitalis, DC, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
