Dr. Lowell P. Magelsen in New Brighton MN. He not provide me with pain relief, but I was actually in even more pain when I left than when I went in. Went in with low back pain. Left with upper back and severe arm and hand pain, told them of my pain as I was leaving. I was told that was to be expected and go home to put it on ice. My concerns were treated condescendingly and I felt worse when I left. Provide a huge gown with exposing huge arm holes. I asked for one more my size and said they weren't folded (who cares - I needed one my size). I feel like my appointment was pointless and expensive. My arm and hand still bother me over a week later. I WILL NOT GO BACK!!!!
