By far the best chiropractic clinic I have ever been to (have been to about 10). There was some lower back pain that had not been treated properly from a previous chiropracter. Dr. Hoffman could even tell what the previous chiropractor had done to make my condition worse. In about 3 months, the pain was completely gone and it was a pain that I figured I would have for the rest of my life. The pain first started about 2 years previous to meeting with Dr. Hoffman. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They did not pressure me at all to return.

I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. They were kind of friendly, but I wasn't very impressed. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I left with more aches and pain in areas I did not have pain before.
