I felt very encouraged after my first appointment. After seeing how qualified and knowledgeable they were, I was hopeful that I would be able to get better . All of my questions were answered during my appointment, . The staff are great people, and very friendly. They are attentive and make you feel right at home. Had to stop going after a year because she wanted me to come on a weekly schedule which I could not afford.but when she first opened there was no problem just coming in when my back was hurting.But she got popular and just needed folks with insurance,that could pay weekly.but that,s okay DR Rogers is not the only Chiro like that.but there are others that just are not all about the dollar.

I had to wait forever to be called back while in agonizing pain They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment, and they will call non stop if you are unable to make it. Very unprofessional I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship.
