They did not pressure me to return for additional follow-up appointments. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. The treatment method was explained in-depth to me before they started the treatment. I was totally prepared for everything that was going to be done during the adjustments, and I was completely comfortable.
