Very friendly doctor and receptionist. My neck pain continued to improve and stay better with multiple visits. Mountain Family would certainly be worthy of a five star rating. So why 2 stars? Eventually the doctor neglected to show up for appointments. My first missed appointment I got an apology phone call, and rescheduled. He didn't show up for the rescheduled appointment either, and I haven't received a phone call or any correspondence since. Not worthy of you business if you get more neck pain stressing over missed appointments.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They've given me a ton of nutritional and lifestyle tips. They know how important it is for my recovery.
