I utilize a traction procedure for lumbar disc problems as well as pneumatic drop tables, activator instrument adjustments, and manual manipulation adjustments. New patients can be seen the same day in most cases depending on which location is most convenient for them. We incorporate robotic massage chairs and roller tables with each adjustment to help relax tight muscles so you hold your adjustment better so the muscles don't pull things back out of alignment as easily. By having you rest and relax in one of our massage chairs or tables after your adjustment, your spine has a better chance of getting used to being in the proper position. Some patients also use the chairs or tables before their adjustment so the muscles are more relaxed which allows the bones to be adjusted more easily.
