They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was very comfortable during my adjustments. I felt no pain or discomfort at all. They didn't exaggerate their abilities at all, which has been a problem at some of the other places I've visited. I got what was promised. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
