Dr. Paul, Amy, and their staff make the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I have is addressed. They make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They listen to any question or concern I may have. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I have been going to Northstar for 3 years and plan on continuing my visits. It is easy to get an appointment time that works with my schedule.
