They greatly exaggerated what they could do for me and made multiple false promises. I felt outright lied to. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They played the typical, annoying elevator music. It did not make for a pleasing environment. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. With their EMS treatment, I had a terrible reaction. They denied that the reaction was from their equipment, and said it would of been something else. They told me to not blame them for the "rash" that was the shape of their conductor pads on my shoulder blade. They completely tried to tell me it wasn't them multiple times and that they have never seen such a thing. Then, they tried to schedule more appointments for me. This rash was a ton of liquid filled bumps that grew in size over a few days right below my shoulder blade. It was extremely painful. The staff that was there each looked at the rash besides the one gal that placed them on my back that day. The rash appeared not even 2 hours after my appointment. I went the next day to talk to them. The fact that they denied everything and said there was no possibility that it was from them was unprofessional. I was in pain for a couple weeks, and now I have to live with the scars of that procedure on my right shoulder blade. It is sad that they deny, deny, and say that I, the customer, needs to stop lying. This place is more than unprofessional, it is a joke. I would never, ever suggest this place for anyone!
