This office charges you $50.00 if you do not cancel your appointments 24 hours in advance, however, they do not have an answering service or machine, so if you are someone who works in a position where you can't make personal phone calls on company time, you're plum out of luck. When I have asked about this policy, and the unavailability I was treated as if it were just too bad. Take the now $100 you have gotten from me, and buy an answering machine. If it weren't for you being the only office my insurance will refer me to, I'd find somewhere else to go in a heartbeat.
