Woolf may be a decent doctor but he is an arrogant, self-righteous fool when it comes to customer service. He is abusive to patients verbally, could care less about wait times that exceed one hour past the confirmed appointment time, lacks common courtesy towards patients, and he disrespects his elders. His personal behavior is unprofessional and the fact is he just does not care about those he treats.
