They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I really appreciate the extra effort the Dr. makes. He makes the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. In reading another review, I completely agree, Dr. Nsouli knows I have a brain and that I know my body. It's almost like a team effort, not just a Dr. throwing out drugs to get rid of you. Another great thing is, he realizes every body is different and remembers how my body reacts to the environment and medications. He keeps me going and I always leave his office feeling so much better.
