I couldn't believe how cold it was in their office. I was honestly starting to get numb from the cold. It felt just like I was outside in the snow. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up.
Once I waited in the treatment room for almost an hour and finally walked out, telling thenm I had other appts, and wanted to see the Doc. when HE had the time and when I didn't have to wait for an unreasonable length of time. The next appt. was better, and I told him a few things about letting patients know if doc is running W A Y W A Y late. I don't think he was impressed, because nothing much had changed. Also, it took me four days to get a refill on necessary meds, which could NOT be refilled by the pharmacy until they talked to the office -- THE OFFICE in three days has not called either me or the pharmacy. This is dangerous -- I cannot skip this heart med!!! Will this perhaps kill me?
