My children are 9 and 10 and my children have never seen another pediatrician. I wouldn't trade Dr. Ballou for anything.

This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. The provider is extremely respectful of your time and that of her staff; therefore, if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschudule your appointment unless your child has an emergency illness.
