Staff was very friendly and efficient. Assistant to Dr Larsen was enjoyable and very professional as well. Dr. Larsen was personal, observant, very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. He showed me exactly what was wrong in my x-rays and what my options of treatment were. He talked about the upsides as well as the downsides to various options letting me ponder and decide what I wanted to do. He used a foot model and further explained everything to me as if it was my own foot and my problem. He came across as a man who enjoys his career and helping improve the lives/health of people like me. Everything about his staff, office, and comrades was first rate, in my opinion. I have surgery in 2 weeks and will follow up once I'm released from Dr Larsens care. Professionals with class and personality are not a common combination in the medical world but this is one office that have these traits and more.

It was easy to make an appointment as I was a new patient. However it was 45 min after the appointment time that I was finally taken into an exam room. Other patients in the waiting room were also complaining about the wait time so I was not alone. The young lady who took me into the exam room was trying to write up a description for the doctor...she consistently would not listen to anything I was saying and after repeating myself about 5 times she diagnosed that my problem was that I had no arch in my foot and my new shoes would not fit and wanted to know if that was all? At that point I walked out. Never did get to see the doctor and the office manager really could have cared less. I would not return to this medical group and they apparently do not need any new patients.
