Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. Dr. Swenson is very kind. He is patient and listens to what you want. I have been to other plastic surgeons who are so full of themselves that they do not listen to the patient. Dr. Swenson gets many pluses for the sympathetic way he treats his patients. He also tries to the patient's schedule. Very empathetic!
